JTAI supports PDF, DOCX, DOC, and TXT files. Our AI automatically extracts text, creates searchable chunks, and generates embeddings for semantic search. We're continuously adding support for more document types.

When you ask a question, our system converts it into a semantic embedding, finds the most relevant document sections using vector similarity search, and then uses AI to generate a contextual answer with citations to the source documents.

AI credits are used each time you interact with JTAI's AI features, such as asking questions, generating summaries, or using auto-tagging. Each plan includes a monthly allocation of credits that refresh at the start of each billing cycle. If you need more credits, you can upgrade your plan or contact us for additional credit packages.

JT Embed allows you to embed JTAI's document search and AI chat directly into SharePoint, your company intranet, or any internal portal. It's a simple embed code that brings AI-powered document intelligence wherever your team works.

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. If you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. We don't lock you into long-term contracts.
